Description Five course dinner designed to celebrate and embrace the beers from this incredible brewery in Bend, Oregon. Chefs Don Farion and Stephen Chadband look to embrace one of the trademarks of the brewery, Cascade Hops. The spicy, floral and citrus characters of this amazing plant are the inspiration for this dinner. Featured beers will be Mirror Pond, Black Butte Porter, Inverssion IPA and a few surprises of course. Lance from Deschutes will be there to regale us all with his stories and passion for beer.
